Modernising website visual design and experience
The challenge
The firm's website was due for a full replatform. As part of the technical migration, there was an opportunity to modernise the visual design and user experience — making it more consistent with the refreshed brand identity and more competitive with peer firms.

What I did
I was part of the core team responsible for replatforming and modernising the firm's corporate website. My responsibilities included conceptualising the new visual design, presenting to stakeholders, and working with the digital agency to agree wireframes and implement the updated designs.
An additional output of the project was a new digital style guide and design system — which I set up and trained regional design teams how to use.


The outcome
The replatformed site delivered measurable improvements in user engagement, and the digital style guide created a lasting framework for consistent digital design across the firm.
