Brand and design systems, built to scale
Most organisations can commission a great brand. Few can operationalise one. I design distinctive, memorable identities and then build the infrastructure around them — the systems, tools, platforms, and AI-enabled workflows that make brand easy to use, fast to produce, and genuinely scalable across complex global organisations.
Experience
Twenty-eight years. Five organisations. Two of the world's largest law firms. One advertising agency, a technology marketing studio, and one of Britain's most celebrated publishing houses.
From junior designer to Global Design Director — I've spent two decades building brands, systems, and teams that scale. I've led creative operations across 50+ offices in EMEA, Americas, and APAC, enabled 7,000+ people to produce on-brand work independently, and directed programmes that have moved measurable brand equity for global organisations.
Along the way: 2 industry award wins, 3 further shortlists, a top 3 global legal brand ranking, and a conviction that design is most powerful when it's built into the infrastructure of how an organisation works — not bolted on at the end.

About me

I've spent twenty-eight years working at the intersection of brand, design systems, and creative operations — most recently as Global Design Director at Norton Rose Fulbright, one of the world's largest law firms.
My focus is on creating clarity and reducing friction. I build pragmatic systems that evolve alongside rapidly changing needs, and I approach leadership as a form of service — helping teams succeed in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment and momentum.
Over the past several years I have operated in an evolving organisational landscape, balancing global priorities with regional needs and strengthening my ability to listen, influence, and enable teams through change. I'm comfortable working across regions and cultures, aligning diverse stakeholders, and building systems that flex rather than fracture.
