Brand rules
How the checker worksDeterministic, file by file, rule by rule
It reads the file itself
The hex value of a fill, the point size of a run of text, the layout a slide came from. No model forms an opinion, so the same file returns the same score every time.
Two scores per file
Most of what a deck gets wrong it inherited. The template's share is scored on its own, so a clean deck built on a weak template is not marked down for colours nobody chose.
Rules are data
Each brand is one JSON file: palette, fonts, pairings, names and the rule library. Changing a rule means editing that file. The page stays as it is.
Outside the score
Judgements about photography, tone and layout quality stay with the design team. The checker scores files that already exist and blocks nothing before it is sent.
